Youngest Manchester Arena victim Saffie Roussos “could have survived” says family

The youngest victim of the Manchester Arena bombing could have survived the attack, if she’d received better first aid, according to her family.

Saffie Roussos, who was eight, died in the attack in May 2017. Experts appointed by her family to investigate what happened, have found she was awake and talking for some time after the explosion.
