The streets around Baghdad International Airport were filled with people as hundreds gathered on the anniversary of the assassination of Iranian General Qassem Soleimani and the Iraqi commander of the Popular Mobilisation Committee, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, who were killed in a US drone attack.
