In the city of Baotou in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region of northern China, winter temperatures can easily fall to minus 30 degrees Celsius (-22°F). That creates chilly challenges for the railway crew of slow train K7916 as they try to ensure comfortable and safe journeys for their passengers.
