An international chemical weapons watchdog has confirmed Germany’s findings that Russian opposition figure Alexey Navalny was poisoned by the Soviet-era nerve agent Novichok.
The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons has called on Moscow to explain what happened to Navalny.
In his first interview since falling ill, he said there was no doubt he had been targeted by someone from Russia’s intelligence agencies.
