Lebanon’s President Michel Aoun says a blast probe is looking into external interference among possible causes of the port warehouse explosion that shook Beirut, in addition to simple negligence or an accident.
Lebanese authorities have taken into custody 16 people as part of an investigation into the incident, state news agency NNA reported.
