As the world struggles to curb the rising number of COVID-19 cases, the architectural community is already transforming the way we live to avoid future outbreaks.

Designers are creating a post-pandemic environment that limits human contact and normalises social distancing – changing how we use and interact with spaces.

Al Jazeera’s Sarah Clarke reports from Hong Kong.
