Hindu devotees allow 200 cows to trample over them in Indian ritual

Hindu devotees, in order to rid them of their problems and grant them prosperity, voluntarily allowed a herd of decorated cows to trample on them in the village of Bhidawad in India’s Ujjain District in a century-old ceremony called ‘Gaay-Gauhri Puja,’ which takes place on the day after Diwali, the festival of lights.
