French police have made a second arrest after yesterday’s knife attack in Nice in which three people died as the country’s national security alert was raised to its highest level.
French media identified one of the victims of a suspected terror attack in the country’s south as Simone Barreto Silva – a Brazilian national who’d been living in France.
The 44-year old mother of three was one of three people killed when an assailant attacked churchgoers with a knife.
