Colombia’s president has called for his Venezuelan counterpart to be prosecuted at the International Criminal Court.
Ivan Duque spoke during a joint news conference with US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who is on a tour of Latin American countries.
Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro accused Pompeo of war-mongering and said US efforts to depose him had backfired.
