The Philippines’ 21st tropical cyclone in 2020 made landfall with maximum sustained winds of 155 kph (96 mph) near the center and gusts reaching up to 255 kph (158 mph), according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA)
