Typhoon Molave has hit the Philippines with huge winds up to 77mph and ferocious rain, causing seven landslides and flooding entire villages in 11 different regions.
There were no reports of casualties but 11 fishermen have been reported missing after failing to return to shore.
Molave, the 17th typhoon to hit the Philippines this year, is now forecast to hit Vietnam on Wednesday, leading to 1.3 million people being evacuated in the country.
It will be the fourth storm to hit Vietnam in just one month during which heavy floods and landslides have killed 130 people and left 20 missing.
