Demonstrators clashed with police during the latest anti-government rally in Valparaiso, Chile. Groups of protesters were throwing stones at riot police vehicle, who responded with water cannons. The peaceful demonstration escalated when protesters set fire to barricades and burned an effigy of President Sebastian Pinera, which they had also tied to gallows.
