A Japan-based newspaper claims North Korea’s nuclear weapons are aimed at Japan, with almost the entire country under threat.
The Sankei Shimbun reported Monday that the North’s true purpose of developing ballistic missiles is not to deter the U.S. like it claims,…but rather to target Tokyo.
The paper added the regime has reached a stage where it can actually fire its nuclear missiles, citing the six tests it has conducted since 2005.
It noted Japan is also subject to the threat posed by the regime’s submarine-launched ballistic missiles, given that the North’s test launch of an SLBM last October successfully landed in its exclusive economic zone.
