Manchester City is 2 levels above every other team in the Premier League

ESPN FC’s Frank Leboeuf, Shaka Hislop and Steve Nicol share their thoughts on who they think is the best pick to win the Premier League this season. Nicol agrees with the bookies, picking Manchester City to win it all even though their front three has not been in sync. Leboeuf agrees with Nicol and also chooses Man City as favourites, and looks forward to their matchup against Liverpool in February to provide some clear-cut answers.
