An out of control bushfire burning south of Perth has been downgraded to a watch and act level.
The fire in Kwinana has been downgraded, however there are concerns remaining over toxic fumes in the air.
The spot of most concern currently is a fire burning at a rubbish tip which has been producing some hazardous fumes.
Increasing fire conditions in Perth and Western Australia are expected over the coming days.
Locals have been advised to plan and prepare now.
