Kim Ng is now the first female, and first Asian American general manager in the history of Major League Baseball. Miami Marlins CEO Derek Jeter tapped the 51-year-old for the job, saying “We look forward to Kim Bringing a wealth of knowledge and championship-level experience.” Ng started as an intern for the White Sox in 1990 and previously worked with the Yankees and Dodgers.
