Iran president praises new bid to revive nuclear deal

Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani has called the latest efforts to revive the 2015 nuclear deal a “new success”.
Tehran and other world powers met in Vienna on Tuesday, with the United States participating indirectly.
But as talks continue, an Iranian ship was attacked off the coast of Djibouti.
