Efforts to end Tajikistan-Kyrgyzstan dispute with Russia as mediator

Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan have agreed to use Soviet-era maps to end a decades-long border dispute.
At least fifty people were killed during fighting last month.
A ceasefire brokered by Russia is now in place, but Moscow’s role as chief mediator is being questioned.
