A party in plague times might not be such a good idea – that’s certainly how Spanish police see gatherings that break COVID rules. This weekend, it made that point loud and clear when it crashed a late-night teenage get-together in Madrid. The party ended with a game of hide-and-seek, as guests tried to avoid arrest by hiding in beds and wardrobes.
