Authorities in Bangladesh have sent the first group of Rohingya refugees from the Cox’s Bazar camp to an uninhabited island, despite pleas from some refugees to abandon the move.
More than 1,600 people have boarded naval vessels to the island of Bhashan Char.
But the United Nations is concerned that refugees have been moved against their will.
