The UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres says that Libya’s arms embargo is still being violated in spite of international efforts to get its warring sides to stop fighting.
His remarks came during a high-level virtual meeting aimed at getting combatants to commit to a lasting ceasefire.
Talks aimed at discussing a cessation of hostilities are supposed to take place in Geneva at the end of October.
