In a final day of voting, Amazon warehouse workers in Alabama are casting ballots on whether to join a union.
If they do they will be the first Amazon workers in the United States to form one.
But the company which has hundreds of thousands of workers across the country is trying to nip their efforts in the bud.
Amazon’s workers have long complained the company only prioritises profits at the expanse of their wellbeing.
