Venezuelan’s main opposition parties are boycotting the National Assembly elections, which they describe as fraudulent.
Instead, they are preparing a six-day online constitutional consultation, similar to a referendum.
But it is unlikely that many Venezuelans will participate in the questionnaire, led by opposition leader Juan Guaido.
