Plane crash in Ukraine kills 22

At least 22 people aboard a military plane have been killed after it crashed and burst into flames near the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv.

The Antonov-26 came down as it attempted to land – carrying 28 passengers and crew.

At least two are seriously injured and four are unaccounted for.
