Paraguay’s president asks all ministers to resign after protests

Tighter coronavirus restrictions due to a surge in cases are causing chaos in parts of Latin America.
In Paraguay, the president has asked the entire cabinet to resign following clashes between police and protesters.
While Argentina’s government is being condemned by rights groups for police violence.
In Brazil, tighter restrictions have been imposed in the country’s two most populous states.
