Coffee farms across Colombia are suffering the worst shortage of workers in years.
The fear of COVID-19 and low prices for coffee beans have made hiring pickers more difficult and offering higher wages impossible.
Farms are missing up to half the temporary workers they regularly hire to harvest the crop.
